Lead Automation for Service Businesses

Your service business deserves a pipeline
that runs itself.

🎯

I sell expertise, not a fixed-price service

Clients need to understand their situation before they can buy. You usually have a discovery or strategy call first.

Coaching · Consulting · Tax · B2B Services
💲

My clients' first question is "how much does it cost?"

They want a price and a time slot. They don't want a consultation — they want to book and pay.

Cleaning · Moving · Beauty · Home Repair · Lawn Care

I need more Google reviews from happy clients

I have repeat customers and a Google Business Profile. I just never remember to ask for reviews at the right time.

🎯 Funnel A — Diagnostic Assessment

A branded 10-question scored quiz grades your prospects on a 0–100 maturity scale. They submit the form, get their score + a personalized interpretation by email, and land on your Calendly. You get an internal alert with their name, email, and score — before they even book.

Prospect lands on quiz
Fills 10 questions
Gets score + email
Books Calendly call
You get CRM entry

Non-responders get a 24-hour follow-up email automatically. You never have to chase a lead manually again.

💲 Funnel B — Instant Quote + Booking

A branded service-detail form captures job specifics (size, location, date, service type). The prospect gets an instant price quote by email — along with your Calendly or booking link — within seconds of submitting. No waiting, no phone tag.

Prospect fills form
Instant quote emailed
Books appointment
You get job alert
CRM entry created

Your quote formula is built from your actual rate sheet during setup. Pricing is yours — the automation is mine.

⭐ Funnel C — Review Engine

A new-client intake form captures contact info and appointment date. Twenty-four hours after their service, an automated email asks for a Google review — with your direct review link embedded. Non-reviewers get a gentle 72-hour follow-up. Reviews stack without you lifting a finger.

New client fills intake
Service happens
24h review request
72h follow-up
Reviews stack on Google

This funnel is also available as an add-on layered on top of Funnel A or B — so your pipeline captures leads and builds reviews simultaneously.

How It Works

Built in a week. Runs forever.

Every LexReach is built on tools you already have or can get for free — Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Calendly, and email. No monthly software fees. No dependency on anyone's platform.

Step 01

Intake Call

30-minute call to gather your business details, pricing, brand assets, and the specifics we need to build your system.

Step 02

Build

I build your branded form, configure your Google Sheet and Apps Script, write all email sequences in your voice, and deploy to Netlify.

Step 03

Test & Launch

Three end-to-end test submissions, verified emails, and a Loom walkthrough video showing you exactly how to read your CRM.

Step 04

It Runs

Leads submit → you get alerted → they get emailed → non-responders get followed up. All automatic. Every night.

What's Included

The full stack. Nothing to buy separately.

Every LexReach build runs on free tools. The only thing you're paying for is the build and the expertise.

🧱 Branded HTML Form

Custom-colored, logo'd assessment or quote form. Hosted for free on Netlify. Optionally accessible via a bit.ly short link.

📊 Google Sheet CRM

Two-tab setup: raw Leads tab (every submission) and a CRM tab where you manage status, notes, and pipeline stage.

⚙️ Google Apps Script

Runs in your Google account. Handles form submissions, writes both tabs, sends all emails, and runs nightly follow-up checks automatically.

✉️ Email Sequences

Internal alert (to you), prospect email (score, quote, or confirmation), and 24-hour follow-up to non-responders. All written in your voice.

📅 Calendly Integration

Your Calendly link embedded in every prospect-facing email. New bookings route directly to your calendar. Works with the free Calendly tier.

🎥 Loom Walkthrough

10–15 minute video (DFY builds only) showing exactly how to read your pipeline, update CRM statuses, and know when to follow up manually.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. For DFY builds, our team handles everything technical. For the DIY Kit, the Apps Script template is fully commented with fill-in-the-blank variables — you're changing text, not writing code. That said, you do need to be comfortable following a written guide.
What tools do I need to have?
A Google account (free), a Calendly account (free tier works), and a Netlify account (free). For the Review Engine, you need a Google Business Profile. That's it — no paid software required to operate the system after launch.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
You keep the entire system. The Google Sheet and Apps Script live in your Google account, not mine. If you cancel, your pipeline continues running exactly as it was — you just manage it yourself going forward.
How long does the build take?
5–7 business days from your intake call to a live, tested system. Rush builds (under 3 days) are available for an additional $500.
Can I get more than one funnel?
Yes. A second funnel shape can be added to any DFY build for $750 (e.g., a Diagnostic Assessment + a Review Engine running simultaneously). The Review Engine is included free starting in Month 2 for all monthly management clients.
Will this drive traffic to my form?
No — traffic is not included. LexReach captures and converts the leads you're already getting from your website, social media, word of mouth, or ads. It does not generate traffic on its own.
What industries does this work for?
Any service business. Funnel A fits coaching, consulting, tax, and B2B services. Funnel B fits cleaning, moving, home repair, beauty, lawn care, and similar transactional services. Funnel C fits any business with repeat clients and a Google Business Profile. If you're not sure which fits your business, just email — I'll tell you honestly if it's the wrong fit.

Ready to stop chasing leads manually?

Send an email and tell me which funnel caught your eye. I'll reply within one business day with a quick question about your business — no pitch, no pressure.
